The Art of Layering
Lace under tailoring, rib under knit — on letting what's underneath speak.

Layering is less about warmth than about conversation. A fine lace camisole under an oversized blazer says two things at once — and both are true.
Start closest to the skin. Choose the piece you'd wear alone, then add one layer that contrasts it in weight or texture: lace against wool, rib against cashmere, satin against denim.
Leave a gap. A collar left open, a sleeve pushed back, a hem that shows. The point is not to hide the layer, but to frame it.
